Logging in


Logging in
You can log in by clicking on ‘Log in’ at the upper right of this screen and then entering your login credentials.

Logging in as a new customer
You can only log in for the first time once you have received an email from us with your login credentials: your user name and password. After that, you can change your password yourself.

Problems with logging in?
If you can’t log in because you forgot your password or user name, here’s how to request them from us.

Forgot your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ located at the bottom of the log-in screen. Enter your user name. (In most cases, this is your email address.) Then click on the ‘Send’ button.

You will automatically receive an email message that contains a link to a page where you can easily request a new password.
Please note: the email message containing the link to change your password could have been routed into your junk mail. If you don’t receive an email straightaway, check your junk mail.

You’re a customer but you don’t have an account yet
What if you don’t have an account with us yet? If you have a customer number from us, you can request an account by completing our contact form, or by contacting our sales department. If you aren’t a Delinuts customer yet, read more about becoming one.
