Confirming your online order
You will receive an email confirming your latest order made at the webshop. (This email refers only to your latest order.) This order confirmation will automatically be sent to the same email address as the one you use to log in. This means that additional email addresses cannot be added.
If you did not receive an order confirmation by email, check to see if the email address is the same one you use to log in.
You can also print out the order confirmation you receive by email.
Change of email address
You can make changes in the email address to which your order confirmation is sent. You can do this either online by using ourcontact formor by calling our sales department.
