How it all started at Delinuts

Delinuts was founded in 1994. Before then, our company was already operating under the name of Trono’s as a subsidiary of Reforma BV, a wholesaler in health foods located in Veenendaal, The Netherlands. The expertise and experience we acquired as a subsidiary then carried forward when we became Delinuts in 1994. At that time, products were still being sold directly from a lorry: this gave our customers direct contact with our latest introductions! As a result, Delinuts proliferated - very quickly. Soon, selling from the truck was a thing of the past, and sales within the Netherlands and export to other countries in Europe continued to grow.

In 2004, we decided to move to a new and larger facility in the centrally located Dutch city of Ede. And, because we continued to grow at such a rapid pace, we had to move again. In 2012, the ‘specialist in nuts, dried fruit and rice crackers’ moved to an even larger facility 300 meters down the road. Our modern accommodations offer plenty of room to grow in the future. As always, quality, product line, and delivery reliability are and will remain our top priorities.

Over the years, Delinuts’ ever-increasing line of products has contributed to attracting many new groups of customers: retailers, wholesalers, industry, etc. Another factor in this growth has been the types of packaging we use. In recent years, the company has enjoyed enormous growth when it comes to the pre-packaged products and packaging concepts we offer.
