Terms and conditions

I. General
- These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Tablets Prize Draw’ organized by Delinuts B.V.
- The prize draw aims to give away 20 Tablets to Delinuts’ customers who place an order via the website within a designated period.
- The prize draw runs from 18 to 27 February 2016.
- By entering this prize draw, the participant accepts the full terms and conditions thereof.

II. Participation
- Participation in the prize draw is free, and eligibility is limited to persons who place an order via the webshop within the designated period.
- Employees of Delinuts may not participate in the prize draw.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- The information required for participation will be the property of Delinuts and will not be sold or supplied to third parties.
- The organizer retains the right to exclude participants in the event of fraud, suspected fraud, or attempts to influence the prize draw unlawfully.
- The participant guarantees that the information provided by him or her is correct and complete.

III. Prizes
- Delinuts will hold a prize draw for a total of 20 Asus Zenpad 10 Tablets among website visitors who place an order via the webshop.
- Delinuts will hold a prize draw for two tablets every day from 18 to 27 February 2016.
- The winners cannot exchange the prize for the cash equivalent or an alternative.
- Delinuts will not enter any correspondence regarding the results.
- The 20 winners will be notified personally by Delinuts. The prizes will be presented by a representative of Delinuts no later than 18 March 2016.
- Winners who refuse the prize are not entitled to replacement value. Refused prizes revert to Delinuts.

IV. Accountability
- Delinuts cannot be held accountable for network, hardware, or software malfunctions that prevent or limit a customer to order.
- Delinuts is neither responsible nor accountable for any malfunctions in the prizes it awards. Delinuts provides no guarantees for the prizes it awards.
