Wrong delivery


Receiving an incorrect delivery from us is not outside the realm of possibility.

Item not received

We refer to an item you didn’t receive, although it was listed on the packing slip as a missing item. There are two ways to report a missing item:

  • Report the missing item without having a replacement sent
